Check Dave’s Clearwater update e-mail or Contact Dave Maeda kahunatrout@earthlink.net or Marty Gooch goochsden@earthlink.net for the userid and password.

Once past the login  dialogue, the easiest way to see what is available on a given date is:

1. Set the "Arrival Date" field. Click the calender thumbnail next to  the field and work through the GUI widget. Use pulldowns to navigate through the  months and years. If you don't see the year you want, use the - and + signs next to the year field. Click these to navigate through the years (and months). Click on the desired date off the resulting month calender. Click the thumbnail again  to set the selected date. Don't touch the "Departure Date" or "Number of Days"  fields.

2. Click the "View Trips" button under the dates. The trips  "Brook Trout", "Brown Trout", "Rainbow Trout", "Cutthroat Trout", "Apache Trout", "Gila Trout", "Golden Trout", and "Sunapee Trout" each represents an available Clearwater slot. Only the available slots will be shown. If you get a  message indicating that there are no trips available for the date, go back to  step 1 and choose another date.

3. Click the "View Trip Details" button  for the desired trip. This will bring up a calender for the specified month. Gray dates are available. Red dates are booked or blocked.

4. Click the "Book This Trip" button to initiate the reservation process. Verify that the date just above the "Continue" button is correct.

5. Click the "Continue" button. On the resulting page, the only thing that needs to be filled in is the "Name" field. Putting a '*' in the other fields is sufficient.

6. Click the "Book Trip" button. Consider the trip confirmed at this point. We don't have a customer service rep ...

If you want more than  one slot, go back to step 1 above and reserve another slot. Note that the trip  you just reserved will not show on the trip list.

Please do not signup for more slots than you purchased or have remaining.

At this point, if  you need to cancel a reservation, send a note to both Marty (goochsden@earthlink.net) and Dave (kahunatrout@earthlink.net) with the date you want cancelled. One of us will cancel the reservation and get back to you.
